Staff were wonderfull, very helpful. Room was spacious and the bed was huge. The room was clean and well appointed.

Would stay again. And meet a a different bar up the street. Where they wanted business
Location and rooms were great. What I did not like. There were 38 of us staying to attend a wedding.. The Bar (well advertised) was made as a meeting point.
Bar was made a meeting point. Never have met a more rude barman. As we were a lot of people. What a opportunity to make money. But he told us they did not have whiskey. Or brandy???? And was totally miserable when asked to make a margarita…. Obviously never had a lesson in hospitality. Also very overpriced

Breakfast was great but coffee/cappuccino machine make too strong … didnt stay hot very long. Otherwise fantastic.

Basic but fine
Good location for where I wanted to be. Close walk to the MRT station and boat station.
Was a bit old and outdated. I was facing the Main Street on a 3rd floor and it wasn’t loud but I could hear traffic at times. They cut the power for 3 hours which was fine but would have been nice for them to offer a free drink or breakfast for the inconvenience.
